Q. Do you have an open showroom to the public? 

All Celebrations is open to the public by appointments only. We offer available services 7 days a week and from 8am to 7pm in the evening. Please contact our main office at

561-557-6003 to schedule an appointment time with a sales representative.

 

Q. What are your delivery hours?

Deliveries are normally scheduled from 8am to 7pm, Monday through Saturday. All Celebrations conveniently offers delivery services 24 hours a day, but there will be additional fees applied for deliveries made outside our normal operating hours. Please review our delivery policy for further information regarding delivery charges.

 

Delivery & Pick Up Policy: Cost of delivery and pick up will be determined by the location of the party/event. All deliveries are subject to a minimum order requirement of $50.00 to qualify. All item(s)/equipment are available to be picked up at the location of our storage facility and must be returned within the 24 hour renta period. Please disclose to your sales associate or event planning specialist if you are in need of any assemble assistance for the rental item(s)/equipment, additional fees may apply. Please contact anyone of our salesassociates or event planning specialists to determine the exact cost of the delivery and pick up services foryour party/event.

 

Q. How do I know which size tablecloths and overlays will fit my tables best?

Q. Do your associates set up the rental equipment?

Our delivery charges do not include the installation of the rental equipment. However, we can set up the rental equipment upon delivery, though additional fees will apply. Please contact our main office for specific details regarding the exact cost of these services.

 

Q. What is your policy regarding damaged and/or missing items?

All rental merchandise must be returned to All Celebrations at the specified date on the rental agreement. In the event that any of the rental items are missing and/or damaged upon return, the customer will immediately be submitted a recovery invoice for the assessed value of the merchandise. The amount stated on the recovery invoice will be due immediately upon receipt.

 

Q. How soon should I place my order?

It is highly recommended that you place your order as soon as possible once you have determined the equipment you will need for your event/party. An early reservation of equipment can be made with a deposit and will secure that merchandise for the day of your event/party. Please call our main office at 561-557-6003 for information regarding reservation requirements.

 

Q. What is your cancellation policy?

All cancellations must be submitted to All Celebrations at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery/pick-up date of equipment, in order to receive a full refund on all deposits. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance shall be subject to no refund for any deposits submitted towards the rental agreement. Please contact a sales associate at our main office (561-557-6003), if you need to adjust the order or cancel the rental agreement.

 

Q. What if I have an emergency occur after hours?

In the event that emergency occurs in regards to the safety and security of the rental equipment after normal business hours, please contact our Operations Manager directly by cell phone at 561-376-8762.
