RETURNS

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

* Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Book with obvious signs of use
* CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Free shipping is available for orders of at least $69.99 going to a single United States address. APO/FPO are excluded.

Free Freight Shipping on Orders - Delivered by one of our Various Trucking Partners

Free freight shipping is available for orders weighing over 150 lbs.

Free freight shipping is available for orders of at least $69.99 going to a single United States address.

                    Additional charges may apply for items such as liftgate and any other special handling considerations.

                    It is your responsibility to know if liftgate charges apply to you.

Terms & Conditions of Free Shipping Offer:

01. Free shipping applies only if the customer agrees that the entire order will be shipped at once.
02. Split shipment deliveries will incur shipping charges if they do not meet or exceed a subtotal of $99.99. 
03. Cannot be applied to previous purchases. 
04. Applies to shipments within the contiguous United States (48 states). This does not included APO/FPO addresses.
05. For customers outside the contiguous United States (48 states) please place your order over the phone. 
06. All orders will be held for full shipment. Multiple shipments, if requested, may incur additional charges. 
07. Charges for Lift-Gate or any other additional special service requested may be at an additional fee to you. 
08. Please note that free shipping may take longer than standard delivery. 
09. Orders that ship free of charge may take up to 7 business day to fulfill.
10. Orders placed during peak seasons or weeks with holidays may also take up to 7 business days to fulfill.

OVERNIGHT and Air Shipments: Overnight shipments cannot be canceled. Note: Orders received after 11:00 am (CST) will ship next business day.  During a natural disaster this time may change due to extensive orders. Call for more information. Unexpected weather conditions may cause delays in the delivery of your package and will not be guaranteed to arrive on time. Any Express Shipment costs are non-refunable. Please reference Terms and Conditions for more information. 

*Saturday delivery for express shipments is an extra charge. If you need it guaranteed, we recommend you call 800-916-9473 to confirm.

Rerouting: Packages cannot be rerouted once shipped for customer security and logistical reasons.

Physical Address: Because most orders are rather large, we will not ship to a post office box.

Package Un-Deliverable:
An order will be considered "Un-Deliverable" if the all three of the following conditions are met:

1. The customer does not or cannot accept delivery 
2. The package is damaged
3. The shipping company makes reasonable attempt at delivery

If the shipment is "Un-Deliverable" we will return the package to our warehouse, cancel and refund the order minus a restocking fee of 15% to cover the cost of package re-consignment and shipping charges.
